Programs For all programs applicants are considered on the basis of their academic achievements, relevant experience, motivation and maturity. Academic pre-requisites vary from a minimum high school diploma to a Bachelor of Science degree. Certification of education for Program Courses may be required ( if requested by the director) to accompany your application.
Cancellation Policy
There is a $50 processing fee for cancellations up to 10 business days before the start of an on-campus course. CREDIT towards any course, up to 18 months in the future, is given for cancellations within 10 days of a scheduled course date, or for NO SHOWs that call us within 2 weeks after the missed course. Personal credits may be transferred to a friend.
NO payment refunds will be given for the on-line program. No refunds will be given within the 10-day period prior to an on-campus course start date . A $100 non-refundable administration fee for all cancelled program courses and workshops applies and is in addition to the processing fee listed above.

Our Privacy Policy
Our school keeps student names, addresses and phone numbers on file for contact information and to process invoices and receipts. Birth dates are obtained for admission purposes only. Next of kin may be collected in case of an emergency. Documentation pertaining to grades/standing is kept indefinitely in hard copy and electronically.
These files are confidential and are only available to IEWS administrative staff, the Director, the Registrar and the student. Students wishing to view their file may do so under prearranged supervision with the Registrar.
The law prohibits IEWS instructors and staff from disclosing grades, exams, attendance or any other information to anyone except the student. Grades are not given on the phone. IEWS takes measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access.

Upon graduation a graduate's student number and contact information are kept in a database so that IEWS can maintain an official graduates list and for future contact with the graduate.
From time to time, IEWS will conduct surveys. These surveys act as a resource to help us continuously improve our programs and better meet the needs of our students and teachers. IEWS desires to maintain high quality programs. These surveys are kept on file for reference.
